With the DES Staffing Services, Inc direct hire option you pay a flat fee to hire our candidate directly onto your payroll.  The fee is a percentage based on the person's salary.  DES Staffing Services, Inc offers you a guarantee for all permanent placements.  If you are not satisfied with an employee for any reason, we will find a replacement, no questions asked.
